Scheduling

Scheduling is done by phone prior to each season. Each division is given a fixture list which determines who plays who and where. It is up to the coaches and managers to set the date, time and location.

Schedules must be emailed as an Excel attachment.

Failure to complete schedules during this period will require the teams to meet for scheduling. Failure to attend scheduling meeting will result in a $100 fine. At this point the schedule will be determined by the league and any team officials present.

2008 SPRING CALENDAR

December 15th- Club and Team Registration Opens

February 15th- Club and Team Registration Closes.

March 3rd- Brackets are announced and Phone Scheduling Begins.

March 7th- Phone Scheduling Ends.

March 8th- League Scheduling Meeting (if Necessary).

March 22nd- League Play Begins.

June 14th- League Play Concludes

June 15th- All Games Must be reported to avoid the following penalties:

$50 fine per team for un-played or unreported games.

$50 fine for forfeited games.
